Lesson #5 is to disclose ALL conditions regarding your home.  You are not required to use a disclosure form as is normally used when a seller uses a real estate broker.  However, if you ever find yourself in front of a Judge over a disclosure matter, you’re going to get slapped down.  Let’s get this straight right now…you are responsible for disclosing all conditions regarding your home when you are selling it.  Try to "pull a fast one" and you are taking enormous risks.
