Roselle Conversion Update

With our doors open for less than 3 months the conversion at Spring Hill in Roselle Illinois is going great. Even with a couple of slow weeks for traffic we already have over 100 contracts on our 264 unit conversion. The prime buying season is just starting and increased traffic is starting to be seen. There is a chance to finish this conversion in under 12 months if the projected sales over this summer happen.

While this may not seem like a big deal to some consider a few facts. We are creating the condo market in Roselle, there are not really any other condos to speak of. While having little competition is good in some ways, it is also very hard as nobody thinks of Roselle as a place to buy a condo. Next we are in one of the worst markets the Chicagoland area has seen in decades and still are selling almost a unit per day on average.
