Washington State Approved Home Inspector Education at Bellingham Technical College

The class schedule for the year 2012 is being formulated at Bellingham Technical College. The next home inspector training course will begin on February 6, 2012.

The Bellingham Technical College course was the first course to be state approved after home inspector licensing became the law of the land in the state. The course also provides instruction in identifying wood destroying organisms. Students receive 40 hours of field training and 120 hours of fundamentals training.
