Agents often lament how hard it is to get those one way links into their real estate website. The new web 2.0 world gives you more opportunities then ever before. The way to get results in this world is to write articles that makes a reader think "I have got to send that story to my friend", those articles are not going to be about where you personally think interest rates are going tomorrow, or how the subprime market is going to affect the housing market. Thats why people tune into CNBC.

Instead write about those "I can't believed that just happened moments in life." I just had one of those today. I posted the article tonight at DIGG:
