What a beautiful sunset. This was taken on my drive home from work last night while driving over the intra-coastal waterway of Brevard County known as the Banana River. It seems like we have had these beautiful sunsets almost every night so far this summer. That's why I decided to bring my camera to work yesterday. I was hoping to get a nice picture. Notice the unspoiled riverfront lots, no towering condos, and overall peacefulness. This location is also just a mile away from the beach. Why would I want to live anywhere else? Read Full Post

To use Zillow or not. Well, I don't really support the use of Zillow since I find it's "Zestimate" (valuation) of property sporadic and inaccurate. Here are a couple of pictures from my Hawaiian vacation. Sorry, I'm a surfer so surfing is the only activity I took pictures of. :) The waves are so big and powerful over on the North Shore of Oahu. I took some punishment trying to surf these massive waves.

I'll be heading to the north shore of Oahu in Hawaii for two weeks beginning February 7th. Most of my time there will be spent surfing, a little bit of site seeing, and also visiting a friend who is stationed at the military base in paradise who just returned wounded in action from Iraq. He has spent the last 3.5 years in Iraq and Afghanistan. This is the second purple heart he received in as many years.
Hopefully I'll have a safe trip and a great vacation. I need one badly. Read Full Post
