A Texas Tradition for Youth and Education--the 51st annual Montgomery County Fair and Rodeo will be held March 28 - April 6, 2008. There will be so much to do and see there for any and all members of our county's families. Some of the exhibits and events include, Educational and Royal White Tiger exhibits, Rodeo Youth Events, Goat Mountain, Demonstrations, Ranch Rodeo, a Petting Zoo, Livestock Shows, Barbecue Cookoff, Country Store, Puppet Shows, Historical Displays, Fair Queen Competition, Auctions and Kids and Senior Citizen Days. Come by and join in the fun at the Montgomery County Fair Grounds across from the Lone Star Airport on FM 1484 north of loop 336 in Conroe. If you want to see the animals for the 4-H projects, be sure to come by before Wednesday 4/2 or you will miss them (this happened to me one year!). What a great way to support our youth of this county and to help them furthur their education. Many scholarships are given out to these young people and the experience that they get by taking care of a precious animal will be a benefit all through their lives. I hope to see you all there and bring a friend with you!   -- Linda Dayen, Realtor
