There were 229 homes sold in the Orlando area last week!
Of these 229 homes, 188 were single family homes, 20 were condos and 21 were townhouses.
Out of the 188 single family homes sold:
7 sold for a price between $0 and $100,000.
101 sold for a price between $100,000 and $250,000.
60 sold for a price between $250,000 and $500,000.
21 sold for a price of $500,000 and up.
Out of the 20 condos sold:
9 sold for a price between $0 and $100,000.
9 sold for a price between $100,000 and $250,000.
1 sold for a price between $250,000 and $500,000.
1 sold for a price of $500,000 and up.
Out of the 21 townhomes sold:
1 sold for a price between $0 and $100,000.
17 sold for a price between $100,000 and $250,000.
3 sold for a price between $250,000 and $500,000.
0 sold for a price above $500,000.
The real estate market is slowly turning around - slowly but steadily. The number of homes on the market is finally starting to decrease and it's looking like there's light at the end of the tunnel after all.
