Orange County California Real Estate REO Market Update

In Orange County California, we've seen a slow down in the number of new REO homes for sale in our MLS.  In addition, in a survey of REO homes that closed escrow in November South Orange County, 43% sold for over the list price - evidence to me that there is great demand for REO homes.  Let me know if you're seeing this trend in your market.
