Lansbrook Subdivisions on Lake Tarpon

Lansbrook is built around the Lansbrook Golf Course and Lake Tarpon in Palm Harbor.  But there are only a select few subdivisions that have either golf course frontage and lake front homesites.  Aylesford is the only single family subdivision that has homes that back up to the golf course.  And, there are just a select few homes in Aylesford that have golf course views.  The others have beautiful views of conservation where you can frequently see deer.  Others, have views of some of the most peaceful ponds in the area. If you are looking for golf course views in a low maintenance villa, then check out Oakmont.

Presidents Landing and Myrtle Point are the only two subdivisions in Lansbrook that are directly on Lake Tarpon.  Ivy Ridge has a few homesites on the lake but Presidents Landing and Myrtle Point have the most.  If you are looking for a beautiful home with Tarpon Lakefront Views, you will be impressed with either of these two subdivisions.  You can have your own dock as well.

If you are looking for a good Lansbrook map, this will give you an idea of the layout of the community.   As you can see by the map, most of the subdivision have conservation views but are close to the lake and the golf course.
