The Westchase area of Florida is very popular with a lot of our relocation customers.  Many of them ask for pictures of the subdivisions and parks so that they can see the area first before searching for homes.  As an experiment, we started doing some virtual flash tours of the different communities to see people like the idea.  Here's a few that have been completed so far:

North Florida is comprised of such large cities as Tallahassee, Panama City Beach, Jacksonville, Gainesville and Pensacola.  Tallahassee is largely popular for being the state capital as well as home of Florida State University.  This school's mascot is the Seminoles and has an exceptional athletics department consisting of a basketball, baseball and championship football team.  While in Tallahassee you may want to visit the Governor's Mansion, the eclectic art districts or one of the more than 60 parks that make up this gorgeous city.  Hike, bike or walk and see why this area is so beautiful.

Who says you can never go home again?  I love the Groves of Cobbs Landing, this is where we built our first home and raised our kids.  I have many fond memories of this Palm Harbor subdivision.  Now I have the pleasure of selling a home in there.  This just could be the perfect family neighborhood in all of Palm Harbor FL.
