Northfield at Lansbrook's New Sign

At long last the Northfield subdivision of Lansbrook finally looks like it belongs!  The brand new sign from the street proudly displaying "Lansbrook" has been installed. Being the only subdivision in the Lansbrook community that is in Tarpon Springs and with a separate entrance to it, no wonder many people didn't know that Northfield was one of the 19 subdivisions of Lansbrook.

Northfield broke ground in the early 2000s with two builders:  David Weekley and Nohl Crest homes.  Construction starts were a little slow because it took the builders a little time to get the models finished and the sales flowing.  Northfield has ponds and conservation just like many of the other subdivisions in Lansbrook, but you can only get to the Northfield subdivision by driving north on East Lake Road just into the tip of Tarpon Springs.  Since all the other subdivisions are easily accessed by the main entrance and have a mailing address of "Palm Harbor", many people never thought Northfield belonged.  Now, with the new sign outside the subdivision, it can't be missed.

Currently there are six homes on the market in Northfield.  Ranging in price from $469,000 to $649,000, all but one have waterview.  These newer homes have bonus rooms, large master suites, and large pool areas.  As you can almost tell by the photograph of the new sign, Northfield is on the Pinellas Trail.  In as little as two minutes, you can be walking, jogging, or rollerblading down the trail all the way to John Chesnut Park and beyond.  And because this is Florida, you can do this every day of the year!

Remember, when you think of looking at homes in Lansbrook, don't forget about Northfield! It has all the natural wonders of pond and conservation views as the other Lansbrook neighborhoods.
