New Trinity Town Center Coming to Pasco County

Sometime in 2009 Trinity Florida will be getting a new and exciting Town Center. Construction is continuing on the roads and buildings in the center and the project is gradually making progress.  The first business to open their doors was Old Harbor Bank, visible from the corner of Trinity Blvd. & Little Rd.   Old Harbor Bank provides both commercial and retail banking services to customers. The newest retail and office destination in the Trinity Community of Pasco County, this new town center will contain a wide range of retail shops, professional office space, restaurants, recreational opportunities and more in a design and format that will become "Main Street" for the Trinity area.

Some of the businesses slated to open at Trinity Town Center are restaurants such as Pacific Palate, Gaetano's Italian Restaurant, Mekenita Mexican Grille and Masters Steakhouse.  Bear Creek Coffee, Tealuxe and RSVP Fine Wine and Spirits will satisfy all your beverage needs.  Eclectic shops such as HALLE's, Seraya Jewelry and The One (fine shoes) offer a wide selection of items.  Manias Family Pharmacy will offer personal service and home delivery options. These are just a few of the businesses coming soon to Trinity, many more will join this list.

Trinity Twon Center is a welcome addition to this already popular area. The Trinity area of Pasco County is ranked as one of the fastest growing housing communities in the area.  The newest subdivisions are Trinity East and Champions Club.  New construction is ongoing and there are even some resales in these communities as well.  Lipply Real Estate has a website dedicated to this sought after area, where you can get detailed information on all individual subdivisions and a new custom Trinity MLS system where you can search for all Trinity Homes.
