Retirement Communities in Tampa Bay

She was inquiring about retirement communities in Tampa Bay or condos in Florida for 55 and over. She seemed surprised that Joe was anxious to help her. As it turned out, she had just spoken to two or three other Tampa Bay Realtors who told her since active adult retirement communities were priced much lower than other single family home developments, they weren't interested in working with her. Her modest budget was not worth their time and she was wondering if she was even going to be able to buy a home. I'm ashamed to think we have real estate agents in Tampa Florida with that type of attitude. Our Lipply Real Estate business cards say "Helping You in Real Estate", and we really mean it. So, whether a customer is buying a multi-million dollar waterfront home in the Tampa Bay area or a modest $55,000 condo for 55 and older, we are going to help them all the same.

That is the correct attitude. By chance, should a REALTOR receive a request for real estate outside of their realm of expertise, they should instantly know who in their realty office would be able to assist in that particular niche' of real estate.
