EXTREMELY Affordable Waterfront Condo in Dunedin!

Also, just like the clerk in a dress shop during the clearance sales, it's tough to pass up some of the deals that I see come across my desk. Unless I have a reason to get into the MLS and search for a certain type of property, I probably won't because I am always quite busy.

Well today I received a lead for this waterfront condo in Dunedin in Royal Stewart Arms. Royal Stewart Arms is a very popular condominium in Dunedin and is in a sought after location - near to some of the most amazing beaches in the United Staes. It used to be that all waterfront condos in this area were quite expensive. With our current buyer's market though, even waterfront condos are coming down in price.
If I didn't own so much investment property myself, I would buy this condo, renovate it, and rent it out. This is an outstanding deal and once our buyers market settles out, this condo is going to be a great investment for some lucky person.
Now is the time to buy waterfront property. Just in the last few days, a few of my past customers have called asking about trading up on their beach properties. I've spent the last few days out on Clearwater Beach previewing properties for them and there are some really incredible deals out there.
Moral of the story: don't miss out. If you want to buy a second home with an outstanding waterfront view - now is the time. This opportunity has been a long time coming. It's here now, it won't be here for too long.

Thanks for the input. For the most part (except for one important thing) we are seeing the same things here in Tampa. BUT, the number of inquiries have decreased dramatically in the last three weeks. This is the first time we are #1 for some very good keywords and the buyers are sleeping somewhere. Too bad because they could very well miss out on some fantastic opportunities. The sellers have finally caught on and have dropped their prices. We need to get the message out to the sleeping buyers!

I agree, I'm seeing the same thing here in Boca Raton. It has been slow for awhile, prices have dropped, but the number inquiries has increased dramatically in recent weeks. I expect to have a busy winter season this year. In my opinion, some contributing factors are: 1) We have not had any hurricanes here in Florida for the past two years. 2) Florida Tax reform is finally under way. 3) Interest rates are still low and despite all the bad press, you can still get great loans.
