Lansbrook Information

In one of the best areas of Pinellas County you will find Lansbrook. Made up of 19 subdivisions inside one community, Lansbrook homes have been one of the most popular buys for families, retirees, singles, and young professionals for many years. Why?  First of all the location is ideal, located in the heart of East Lake where great schools are the focus of the community.  East Lake High School is the leader is the area with a grade A scoring for 6 years in a row.  Lansbrook property values have been one of the strongest in northern Pinellas County for over 15 years.  Secondly, with its many amenities, a private park, private lake access for residents only, Lansbrook provides so much more to their residents than many other subdivisions in the area.  There's a wide variety of subdivisions and homes for sale in Lansbrook as well.  From maintenance free townhomes and condos to modest single family homes to luxury estates, Lansbrook can provide any family what their budget allows.  We live in Lansbrook and work here everyday.  I serve on the Lansbrook Master Association because I care about this community.

Aylesford at Lansbrook - Aylesford is the subdivision to choose if you want to live on the golf course.  There's really one a few homesites available on the golf course but if you are lucky enough to find one for sale, the views are incredible and worth the extra cost.  Our recent sale in Aylesford was for a home with 3 acres of conservation land.  This is a bit rare in Lansbrook and most subdivisions in East Lake and this was a great find for my Atlanta customers.  Besides, Lansbrook Golf Course, there are plenty of golf courses in East Lake.

Berisford at Lansbrook - Berisford is where you can get a really nice home in a community full of mature trees, lush landscaping and conservation backdrops.  Tile roofs are common and quite popular with homebuyers here in Lansbrook.  Prices in Berisford range from the mid to high $400,000's and up depending on improvements and size.  It's a great all around neighborhood and one you would be proud to live in.

Carlyle at Lansbrook - Carlyle's homes were built in the 1990's and they have a mature look and feel to them, without giving up any modern architectural style Lansbrook is famous for.  Many homesites enjoy conservation and pond views as well.  Tile roofs are common and so are 3 car garages.

Devonshire at Lansbrook - homes of distinction yet more affordable than some of the neighboring communities in Lansbrook.  Pond and conservation views are plentiful and this community is as neat as a pin.  You'll enjoy many modern features in homes in Devonshire as many of the have plant shelves and arched windows.

Ellinwood at Lansbrook - for a single family home, Ellinwood is the most affordable subdivision today in Lansbrook.  Homes range in size from 1900 sq. ft. to a little move than 2500 sq. ft. and inside the homes will impress you.  Great split Florida floor plans, fireplaces, and family rooms are commonly found.

Kylemont at Lansbrook - a great family neighborhood full of stunning homes with tons of upgrades, bonus rooms, and tile roofs.  Very popular Lansbrook address.

Lynnwood at Lansbook - newer homes with many extras and modern architectural features, Lynnwood is a desireable subdivision to live in.  Many homes have bonus rooms and tile roofs, along with fireplaces and swimming pools.

Myrtle Point at Lansbrook - Not too many subdivisions in Lansbrook have lake access.  Myrtle Point does!  Drive to the back and you will see some of the most gorgeous lakefront homes.

Northfield at Lansbrook - Situated to the north of the main entrance, yet still very much a part of Lansbrook is Northfield.  David Weekley and Nohl Crest built this subdivision with 1 and 2 story homes of distinction.

Oakmont at Lansbrook - small and private great for families just starting out or for empty nesters scaling down.  Enjoy your own community pool and welcoming fountain at the entrance.

The Preserve at Lansbrook - maintenance free townhomes with garages. These are sizable townhomes with fireplaces and screened porches.

Presidents Landing at Lansbrook - The ultimate subdivision in Lansbrook and the only one that is gated.  Not all are million dollar homes, mostly just the ones on the lake.  Their are some fantastic family homes in Presidents Landing, so don't pass this up thinking you can't afford it.

Quail Lake at Lansbrook - one of the newest subdivions and the homes really speak for themselves.  Large executive style homes on just one street make a statement of elegance in Quail Lake.
