Logan Utah is a diamond in the ruff, and it continues to shine in the national spotlight. Logan has been named to be in the top 5 by many sources as being one of the best places to live in the country.  According to AARP, Logan came in 4th among U.S. cities to live the simple life.  With the laid back atmosphere, safe community, and incredible views. Logan is a great place to bring the family.

The Logan Utah real estate market was the only market in Utah to appreciate in home values in 2008. We are also seeing the same trend so far in 2009.

Average commute time is 16 minutes. No matter where you want to go, everything is close.
