Utah Approves New Home Run Grant: $4000 For New Construction Homes

There is a new $4000 Home Run Grant that was approved last week by governor Herbert. This is the second round of the Home Run Grant, the last one was $6000, and this grant follows the same rules.

Rules To Recieve $4000 Utah Home Run Grant

1. Hiring a builder to construct a new personal residence.

2. Purchasing a pratially finished residence and contracting to have it finished.

3. Purchasing a newly built, never occupied, completed residence.

The grant will be given out by the Utah Housing Corp, and is available to anyone that makes less than $75,000 a year single, or $150,000 a year for couples.  There are a limited amount of grants available just the same as the first one, with 1,950 total grants, you will need to make sure to get in on the program ASAP.

This grant will help our Utah new construction housing market, it will stimulate new home sales, and is a great way to keep our home builders busy into the fall.  If you look around the country, one of the hardest hit real eal estate markets is the new contruction market. Utah has noticed the trend and has taken a big step forward in ensuring the new homes market continues to stabalize.
