How many people actually read these?
Posted Apr 10, 2007 @ 4:21 pm, Viewed by 533 Visitors, Read 533 Times.I've looked around the site a bit. Is it mostly people who have these here who read each other's posts? It's interesting to read about other people's real estate area. Here's mine:
We (my husband and I) own a small office in Payson, AZ. Now most of the people who live in Arizona DON'T KNOW where Payson is (that's ok, I tell people the terrorists can't find us either). We are in the central mountains, 5000 ft elevation, which means we have pine trees, cooler temperatures, and even a little snow. At the same time, we are easy driving distance to the Phoenix area.
Real Estate prices here tend to be a litle higher than Phoenix metro. We are surrounded by National Forest, so we can't expand outward the way they are. Keeps values up. Agents here are pricing new listings like the market had never changed (it dropped a litle here, and slowed down A LOT). We'll see what the later Spring/Summer brings.

Actually, I was ASKING, as in ? Thank you.
I'm part of REW and read your post and although your title caught my attention, since you were introducing Payson, AZ (a town I've never heard of & my parents lived in Mesa for about 20 yrs.), maybe it should have been titled Payson AZ or Payson AZ Real Estate or Payson Real Estate or something like that. Also, if you embedded a link to your site in the post (possibly to an internal page on your site), the post would have benefited you and your readers even more. Keep posting!

Actually you are incorrect, it is not mostly people that are members that read these blogs, the majority of readers, are people coming from search engines, that are interested in the topics you post. IF YOU WRITE YOUR BLOG CORRECTLY you can capture a ton of relevant traffic with your REW blog, and generate leads to boot!
