Payson North Listing- what a great area in Payson, AZ.

We just listed a home in Payson North subdivision,in the town of Payson. Payson is a small town about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs drive North of the Phoenix area. It has a mild, four-season climate. Phoenix is supposed to be 100 degrees today, we are high 80's. The air is clear, the traffic is (relatively) light, the pace of life is relaxed.

Payson North is one of the original "nice" neighborhoods in Payson. There can be found there everything from older, single-wide mobile  homes to newer manuafactured homes to nice, large site-built homes. Most all of the properties, even the older ones, are well maintained and kept up. It is a desirable neighborhood for renters. It is also a somewhat more affordable area for Buyers when compared to some of the newer subdivisions.

The listing we have just taken is a 1981 double-wide manufactured home. The current Owner has remodeled extensively, so the home is in good shape. It has central electric heating as well as a woodstove in the living room, central evaporative cooling, and new dual-pane windows. It would make a great full-time, affordable home, or would be nice as a "weekender" to escape the Phoenix area. It would also make a good rental (we estimate $850 t0 $900 rent).
