I recently attended the Real Estate Webmasters Summit in Nanaimo, BC. REW produce IDX solutions for realtors throughout North America and they host an annual conference. Attendees regularly "chat" online through the REW Forum, a part of the REW culture, so meeting face to face enhances working relations.
The participant are at various levels of expertise and so, learning and sharing is common place. The venue is the Nanaimo Convention Centre which is appropriate for the event. Breakfasts and luncheons are offered as excellent mediums for networking.
My quest in visiting this gathering was to learn and to pick their brains to determine, "how they do it"? I had hoped to ask them to interview on camera, but most are averse to this notion. So I have arranged to share a few select comments in the video below.
