I have had the pleasure of showing several condo units in the Orchid Beach Club on Lido Key. This fifty four unit complex is located on south Lido Key. Conveniently located with seconds to the world famous St. Armands Circle and only minutes to downtown Sarasota. The luxurious building was constructed in 2005 and sits directly on Lido Key beach. Residents enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lido Beach, big pass at north Siesta Key, Lido Key and the Sarasota bay. It really is a special place.

Seaplace is 42 acres that sit right on the beach on the south end of Longboat Key. It is a great location and clean, well maintained complex. There are 455 condos are made up midrises, townhomes and garden style units. I always make a point to show this complex when I have a buyer who wants a condo on the beach for less than $500k.

En Provence on Longboat Key is one of the most sought after condos on the island. This twenty one unit complex sits right on the beach and offers residents breathtaking views of Longboat Key beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Residents are fortunate enough to be within minutes of the always fun St. Armands Circle which offers fine and casual dining, entertainment and shopping. En Provence is also close to world class golf and tennis facilities at The Longboat Key Club.

They are one of the more expensive condos on Longboat Key. As of November 2008 there are two condos for sale in En Provence, both with an asking price above $3 million.
