I don't know how accurate it is but I can tell the put some effort into the article. As a Floridian, it is refreshing to see that there is only 1 Florida city on the list. Interesting article Marc. I was very pleased to not see a single Tennessee city on the list but I wonder as well about how good their research was. I went to Forbes to find out what the best cities were and found an article about "The best cities for home sellers". I was amused to see 7 of their top 10 cities were also on the top 50 cities for the worst homeowner debt and most of them were in the top 30 and some in the top 10! Hmmm, I guess you can have loads of debt and still be in a good city for selling your home (if there is such a thing right now). Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me but these lists are fun to look at nonetheless and I'm sure paint some sort of truth.
