My sellers just lowered the price of this golf course home in Sarasota. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home built in 1985 with a view of the golf course from both the front and rear of them home. It is a large home at just over 3,200 square feet so it can accommodate a family as well as those retirees looking for a great winter home.
We lowered the price from $399,000 to $365,000.

That's a very aggressive price , I sold one on Spyglass at the end of August for $410k and it was 2900sq/ft. Is your listing vacant and easy to show I'd like to get a closer look?
