Would you work with this prospect?

I sent out a blast Sarasota foreclosure email to some web leads today and got the following response:

First I would like to let you know that I am a very serious buyer and I would never want you to think I am wasting your time.  Could you please go and take some more pictures of the home at 1682 22nd St, MLS# A3911632, inside and out?  What is the neighborhood like, can you videotape everything?

What are the taxes going to be after I buy?  Can the bank let me assume the loan?  Does all the furniture come with the unit, I will need it furnished.  What do you think the furniture is worth?  Did the people smoke or have pets, I have allergies.

What is the insurance and the homeowners dues.  Is there a pool?  Who will clean that?  Do you do property management?  I will need your help to rent this out to help me pay for it.

Please let me know what the sellers owed on the property before it was foreclosed on.  Is the beach eroding there?  This house is on the beach right?  I hear sand can sometimes get in your ass-crack.  I like turtles.

I'm on this house like stink on sh*t if I can get a job soon.  I just had my car repossessed but I was just a co-signor so I'm sure my credit is good, My Dads credit will be messed up though.....HOLLA!   I don't have to sell my home first because it just got foreclosed on, so you don't have to worry about those nasty contingencies!

I will be looking for a 100% loan if the bank won't let me assume their loan.

Thanks!

Do some of those questions sound familiar? Oddly enough, many of them do to me. Actually, this was written as a joke from Venice Florida real estate agent Jason Painter. I got a good laugh out of it.

I want to be #1 in Google, I want custom IDX, 100% unique content (feel free to copy from my competitors and wikipedia) and I want THE BEST WEBSITE YOU HAVE EVER MADE! - I am on a limited budget - my current vendor is $30 per month and I didn't pay a setup, I expect a similar price if you want to EARN my business

PS if I am not 100% satisfied - I want $1000 in compensation for you not meeting my unrealistic expectations - PPS - I like turtles

Up until the 5th paragraph I thought this was a real inquiry. Because we get something very similar at least once a week.
