This has been a busy season so far. The Sarasota Florida real estate market is busy during the winter months. Some clients of mine just purchased a great unit in the Peppertree condos on Siesta Key. They got a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit with 975 square feet. It was in good condition, overlooked a lake and was a short walk to the swimming pool and beach. The unit was listed for $310,000 but they got it for $290,000.
