It’s the buzz world in the property sector. If it begins with Jumeriah chances are people want it. There are so many projects springing up in the area, taking advantage of its reputation as the place to live, with the great variety of schools and shopping and entertainment options in close proximity. Well last year saw so much activity in the market here that it certainly silenced some of the critics who stated that the bubble must surely burst in the Dubai Property market.

One of the most eagerly awaited completions to date was the first of the 3 Palm Islands namely Palm Jumeriah and what a sigh it is! Although it will still take many years for it to be fully complete the first signs are good, very good. The tennants that I have spoke and sold to are all extremely happy with their new homes and of  course the high premiums that villas on the market are still fetching.
