The Palm projects involve the creation of the world’s largest two man-made islands known as The Palm, Jumeirah 2006 and The Palm, Jebel Ali 2008 and in the near future the Palm Deira. Located just off the coast of the city of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, the Palm Jebel Ali is an expansion on the original with more residential, commercial and entertainment facilities.

The Palm Jebel Ali will accommodate approximately 2000 Signature Villas, Garden Homes and Town Homes, together with several luxury apartment buildings and 1,060 Water Homes, a unique concept of villas that are built on platforms over the water.
