Choosing The Greens

As the first Dubai freehold development to be completed, and one of the first releases by flagship developer Emaar, it is fair to say that The Greens have been a resounding success and continue to be a popular choice for real estate investors.  With so many apartments being constructed for freehold purposes, The Greens still have the edge due to their location, facilities and great value for money.

Since the initial release of The Greens, more buildings have been added to meet with the levels of popularity.  The Dubai property boom has caused the prices of units to increase from the original release levels, but in comparison to other similar projects on the market, The Greens are very competitive and great value for money.  For investors looking to start with a reasonably priced piece of Dubai real estate, the Greens really are the best possible choice.
