Hi Mark, Thanks for the (marketing) write up on the Canal Cove Townhomes! I was interested in purchasing one of the townhomes and visited in person a few weeks back after completion. The finishing and the layout of the homes are excellent (in comparison to the usual overpriced dross in Dubai) and they are certainly a little less daunting then their glitzy neighbours. One issue though was that the landscaping at the back of the property was not completed (i.e there was rubble lying around everywhere as opposed to the promised paved bbq area and childrens play area), metal fences were up everywhere, the pool was empty and broadband wasnt available. Is this still the case? Has Nakheel followed up and finished off the work? Also there was mention of access to the Marina clubhouse for Palm residents. I could not see any evidence of this clubhouse but perhaps you may know when this is due for completion?
