Villas at Jumeirah Islands

Right in the heart of a big freehold property area, Jumeirah Islands are another unique take on living by leading developer Nakheel.  The Jumeirah Islands project, completed last year, consists of clusters of 50 manmade islands, each one featuring a collection of luxury villas with unique architectural exteriors and uniquely chosen interior fittings.  The Jumeirah Islands are located next to a huge variety of property projects, which include The Springs, The Meadows, The Lakes and Emirates Hills.

Finding a villa in Dubai is always difficult, and there is a vast shortage of freehold villas on the market in comparison to apartments.  Villas at Jumeirah Islands have the added bonus of being unique, as well as coming with the highest standards of luxury finishing’s.  Buyers have the choice of Oasis, Islamic, European and Mediterranean style architectural finishes, and a choice of three different floor plans.  All the villas are either four or five bedrooms, extremely spacious, with ample garden space and private swimming pools with every house.  The Jumeirah Islands is a great place for small or even larger families, and with such a great location near Emirates Golf Club and close to the Sheikh Zayed Road, the city is only a short drive away.

The amenities that accompany the Jumeirah Islands project are also high standard, including a community centre with communal swimming pool and gymnasium.  There are shops, cafes and restaurants all nearby, as well as schools and extra facilities just a few minutes away within the Emirates Living Community.   The project was completed just over a year ago and residents have generally been pleased with the finished results, including the integral water system that surrounds all the villa clusters.

As the villas at Jumeirah Islands are luxurious, they obviously carry a higher than average price tag for Dubai freehold property, however, compared to similarly sized properties on the market, they are quite competitive.  Properties at the neighbouring Emirates Hills are much more expensive and for large families, a villa at Jumeirah Islands may be just what you are looking for.
