What Will Dubai Sports City be Like When Complete?

Everyone ought to know about Dubai Sports City. And in the not too distant future they probably will. Its certainly well knows within the emirate, and once complete world wide acclaim is sure to follow. So what's all the fuss about? Well allow me to divulge a little more on the project. Dubai sports city will be an entire city dedicated to well, sports! Guess it kind of gave it away with the name there. It will make up one part of the Dubailand amusement park that is currently underway.

Dubailand will be twice the size of all Disney land amusements parks put together and will cost in the region of $20 Billion. This therefore will be a truly spectacular project, and you can expect much the same from Sports City. The project will include a number of residential freehold buildings, all offering top class living accommodation. The sporting facilities on offer here are truly world class, and what better way to take advantage of them that to invest in the project and buy an apartment.

The reasons to invest here look very strong indeed. To understand why, you must first look at the main attractions, the sport facilities located here, and the fact it is part of the larger Dubailand project. There will be a 60,000 capacity all purpose outdoor sports stadium along with a 25,000 seat cricket stadium, a 10,000 seat indoor seat arena and a 5,00 capacity hockey stadium. So that’s a lot of stadium and a lot of seats. Anything else you might say? Well we are just getting started! A number of world famous names have teamed up with Sports City to offer academies and facilities here that will be unsurpassed. Manchester United will be opening a soccer school; British Davis cup captain David Lloyd will be opening a tennis academy, Butch Harmon a golf school, and Hockey's governing body will be opening their 1st academy here as well. Oh and the International cricket council will also be moving their world Headquarters here. And did I mention Ernie Els will also be designing a golf course here!

With such sporting prestige and facilities there is talk of Dubai making a possible bid to host the 2016 Olympic Games. Needless to say if successful, property prices will no doubt rocket. The Dubailand amusement park will be on a scale never before seen, as if all goes to plan it will become a huge tourist attraction. The rental market for properties close by will no doubt rapidly heat up, as would property prices. With a large selection of apartments and villas to pick from, you won't be short of options either. Victory Heights is a luxury development consisting of stylish villas and townhouses, set in and around the sports city golf course, The Dunes. Whilst certainly not the cheapest villas on the market, they do offer a special location in a very special resort, and should make a sound investment. Then there is also Canal Residence, offering more free hold apartments, ranging from studios all the way up to 4 bedrooms, set against the canals that run through the centre of Sports City. The apartment's offer a variety of different styles, from Mediterranean to Arabic, Venetian to classical European, and all come with a high standard of interior fittings. With so much on offer down at Sports City, you certainly don’t need to be a sports fan to enjoy this great development and investment. I'm sure many people will want to know more about this great opportunity, so just contact us, and we will be more than happy to help you out.
