Everyone ought to know about Dubai Sports City. And in the not too distant future they probably will. Its certainly well knows within the emirate, and once complete world wide acclaim is sure to follow. So what's all the fuss about? Well allow me to divulge a little more on the project. Dubai sports city will be an entire city dedicated to well, sports! Guess it kind of gave it away with the name there. It will make up one part of the Dubailand amusement park that is currently underway.

With such sporting prestige and facilities there is talk of Dubai making a possible bid to host the 2016 Olympic Games. Needless to say if successful, property prices will no doubt rocket. The Dubailand amusement park will be on a scale never before seen, as if all goes to plan it will become a huge tourist attraction. The rental market for properties close by will no doubt rapidly heat up, as would property prices. With a large selection of apartments and villas to pick from, you won't be short of options either.
