What to do on your Dubai holiday?

There is so much to do; you can try something new each day.  Pristine beaches line the coast; there are a number of great shopping malls selling everything you could ever want.  There are museums, souks, boat trips and then of course you can arrange a desert safari.  The Dubai culture is all about going out, so the city is practically nonstop and great for tourists that want to keep busy.

Where to stay when you are in Dubai?

Almost all visitors stay in hotels, as there are so many, and the facilities are comparable to none.  The levels of service and the great variety of bars and restaurants are a big draw for staying in a hotel, but the costs of doing so are high, especially if you are bringing your family.  Since it is such a family friendly place to visit, odds are that there are many families visiting Dubai on a regular basis and paying the earth for hotel rooms.  There is a better way!

Buying a holiday home in Dubai

While this may appear to be a bit rash a solution, if you love Dubai so much and do make a regular holiday out of it, it’s a great way to save money on hotel bills that you cannot recoup, and it can make you feel more at home in a foreign country.  Many people have chosen this option, buying property here to rent out when they don’t need it, and then it is available when they do, just as you would do with a holiday home in Spain or Portugal.  Since every type of property is available for every type of budget, buyers have a great choice.  We do recommend, though, that before you buy, you should use a reputable real estate agent, as we know the laws and procedures of buying freehold property in Dubai.
