If you could choose the perfect example of a Dubai villa, what would you choose?

Villas in Dubai reflect a mixture of architectures so there is something for every type of property buyer.  With Mediterranean, European and even traditional Arabian designs, there are so many shapes and sizes to pick, whether you are a small family or a large family, or even a couple that just likes space.  Most of Dubai’s villas are spacious, and the general features of rented villas have been applied to freehold villas, with added facilities.

Arabian Ranches

The Arabian Ranches is a very popular development by Emaar that has attracted all types of families due to the vast choice of villa sub-developments.  For buyers with a big budget, there is Hattan, a range of exclusively designed villas that are spacious, fitted with luxury, and overlooking the Arabian Ranches private golf course, the Desert Course.  There are a number of other smaller sub-developments, such as Palmera and Alvorada, which include two and three bedroom villas for a more modest budget.  Facilities here are excellent, with memberships available to the golf course, swimming pools, gyms, schools and so much more.

Emirates Hills

This is definitely the most exclusive of the Dubai villa developments, due to the high prices and high standards of the properties.  All villas are built to the owners specifications, meaning there is a huge eclectic variety of homes that are luxurious and packed full of features.  The development is part of the Emirates Living Community, which also features The Meadows, The Springs and The Lakes, which are other villa developments worth a look to property buyers that want space but don’t want to pay the earth for it.

Villas on the Palm developments

There are a huge collection of Signature villas and Garden Villas on the Palm Jumeirah, and there will be even more on the under-construction Palm Jebel Ali.  We are really looking forwards to seeing the finished Palm Jebel Ali because it will also include some exclusive water homes, which are four bedroom villas built over the water.  In the meantime, as the Palm Jumeirah is already welcome to residents, the finished products of the homes all feature private swimming pools, luxury fixtures and fittings, and form a beautiful community.
