The best places to own apartments in Dubai

Apartments are something that are quite abundant on the Dubai property market, meaning that investors have a lot of choice in design, size and location if an apartments is what they are looking for.  Apartments are not always the top choice amongst property buyers that are looking for a family home, but the huge difference in price between villas and apartments, not to mention the excellent facilities you get with apartments, are making them a more viable investment option.

Downtown Dubai

 This is perhaps one of the most convenient locations to buy, especially if you work on Sheikh Zayed Road.  Located right in the middle of the city, Downtown Dubai consists of a number of different sub-developments that surround the Burj Dubai Tower and a manmade lake.  With a variety of high-rise, low-rise, modest and super luxury properties available, investors are spoilt for choice, but as these apartments are in such a great place, and with the finest amenities available, they are also amongst the most expensive.

Dubai Marina

As one of the first top places to own an apartment, the Dubai Marina has grown to include several different projects by a multitude of different property developers.  Apartments are available on all price levels, and for those just looking for a small piece of Dubai property, most projects also include studio apartments. 

Business Bay

This is another project where residents can benefit from the great location, as it is adjacent to Downtown Dubai.  Designed to combine residential and commercial space at the heart of Dubai’s business district, Business Bay will offer buyers some great apartments to choose from, and prices can be a bit lower than next door.

Palm Jumeirah

Now that large waves of residents have moved in, the future of this project looks bright, and will be even better when it is completely finished.  A number of luxury residential apartments are already complete, and several more are set to join this unique residential address where everyone wants to be.  Prices are steep, but with the lifestyle that the Palm Jumeirah offers, many would say it is worth it!
