Featues that investors should want with their Dubai property

The reasons why many Dubai residents want to live on a property development, besides the obvious rent issues, are the facilities that they offer. It is commonplace for rented buildings to come with a swimming pool, but actual housing developments with extra amenities are not readily available to rent on the market. With the many freehold developments that are now on the market, or will be soon, property investors get to enjoy a number of great amenities, whether they live in a villa or an apartment.
Swimming Pools
This is a must on all freehold properties, and the good news is that they all have one. While the more exclusive and pricey properties come with their own private swimming pools, there are some lovely communal pools that are well maintained and close by. Properties with private pools also have access to communal swimming pools, and almost all freehold apartments have a swimming pool either within the building, on the roof or at a nearby community centre.
Gymnasiums
Again, this is becoming as essential as having a swimming pool, which is why practically every freehold development comes with a gymnasium as well. Other fitness features are readily available, with many projects including tennis courts, squash counts, playing fields and much more. Access to gyms and swimming pools have become the basic extras of freehold properties in Dubai.
Easy access to shops
Most Dubai residents want to live near shops, or at least a supermarket, for the convenience of not having to drive everywhere. Again, the supermarket seems to be a must for all freehold properties, but many large developments also come with a whole host of shops as well, from pharmacies to dry cleaners. Residents can even be fortunate enough to live near a shopping mall, where every possible shop is right on their doorstep. Property buyers who own a home at Burj Downtown can look forward to this!
Hotels, bars and restaurants
There are so many hotels in Dubai, it’s difficult to be too far away from one and for property buyers who want to own a villa, they are definitely in the right spot. All residents of new Dubai, including most villa owners and a large amount of apartment owners can enjoy the convenience of several of Dubai’s finest hotels just a few minutes away. Eating out in Dubai is full of choice, so whether you want to go to a hotel, because of the bar, or you want to go somewhere cheaper, there is always going to be something close to home.
