Apartments with a difference on the Dubai property market

Most people see apartments as restrictive and lacking character, simply because they have no garden, or not enough space. Fortunately, Dubai property is known for being different and there are more than the usual apartments to choose from, if you have the money. Whether it’s more space that you want, some outdoor space even, or just an apartment that stands out from the rest, you can surely find what you are looking for on the Dubai real estate market.
Loft apartments
For those that want a whole different concept in apartment living, a number of freehold properties offer loft-style apartments, which offer a great amount of space. Freehold projects such as The Views, Jumeirah Beach Residence, and sub-developments in Dubailand and Downtown will also feature these great twists on the generic apartment home.
Terrace and garden apartments
Many property investors favour villas over apartments because they want some outdoor space with their property. This is no longer the case, as you can now get yourself an apartment that comes with either terrace space, garden space, or a bit of both. The Greens, JBR again and Uptown Mirdiff feature apartments with outdoor space, so you are no longer restricted to staying indoors or sitting on a small balcony.

For those that want their apartment to be complete with luxury and unique finishing’s, then Dubai property is the place find it. Properties such as The Pad on Business Bay, Burj Dubai, Festival City and the Palm Jumeirah come complete with fine finishing’s, high tech gadgets and a lifestyle like no other. These properties are quite pricey so investors must be prepared to pay for a different kind of apartment.
Apartments with a view
Perhaps the most appealing aspect of living in an apartment instead of a villa is the great view you can get from being several stories off the ground. Sea views, marina views, golf course views and city views are all readily available with Dubai freehold properties, and for a truly aerial view of Dubai, look no further than the Burj Dubai Tower.
