Apartments with a difference on the Dubai property market

For those that want a whole different concept in apartment living, a number of freehold properties offer loft-style apartments, which offer a great amount of space. Terrace and garden apartments
Many property investors favour villas over apartments because they want some outdoor space with their property. This is no longer the case, as you can now get yourself an apartment that comes with either terrace space, garden space, or a bit of both. These properties are quite pricey so investors must be prepared to pay for a different kind of apartment.

Perhaps the most appealing aspect of living in an apartment instead of a villa is the great view you can get from being several stories off the ground.
