Executive apartments are also available on the Dubai property market

Even though the amenities and facilities that come with freehold properties on the Dubai real estate market are excellent, some property investors want more.  Fortunately, there are select amount of executive apartments available on the market that offer a whole lot more than the usual.  These executive apartments are super luxurious, offer room services that you would expect in a hotel, and are available in the same great locations.  Of course, since the specifications are much higher for these freehold properties, they do come at a price.

Burj Dubai Downtown

Right in the middle of the city, with shops, restaurants, cafes and hotels all in the vicinity, the executive apartments here are the finest possible.  Designed exclusively by Armani, also responsible for the Armani Hotel, the executive apartments are in limited number and expensive, but for property investors that want to own a piece of history, this may seem a small price to pay.

Festival City

Festival city is a lot less popular with investors but still features executive apartments in the Al Marsa Plaza sub-development.  Because the freehold properties available here have been under less inflationary pressure from demand, this means that property buyers that want a fully serviced apartment but don’t want to overpay, can get exactly what they want here.

Palm Jumeirah and Palm Jebel Ali

The main apartment developments feature luxury apartments with great features, but there are independent apartment projects that will offer executive apartments as well.  With the Palm Jumeirah almost complete, and work on infrastructure underway on the Palm Jebel Ali, executive apartments will add yet another level of variety to the already expansive selection of properties available here.  The Palm projects are expensive but for views of the sea and a high standard of living, they are definitely worth it.
