If there’s one thing that Dubai has a lot of, its hotels. The city is chock full of the world’s finest hotels and resorts, that are both in the city and on the beachfront, meaning the choice is yours. Even if you cannot afford to stay in the most luxurious hotels that Dubai has to offer, for the are very expensive, then you can at least pay a visit to them as they are worth the trip. Here are some of Dubai’s most popular hotels to visit.
Burj Al Arab
Recognised all over the world as an icon of the Emirate, Burj Al Arab is currently the world’s only seven star hotel, and lives up to its reputation as ultra-luxurious and over the top. The hotel is decked out in the finest interiors, and plenty of gold, and offers luxury suites that each come with their own butler. The hotel also has a number of restaurants that are sure to attract the curious, with one on the top floor overlooking the Arabian Sea, and another one underground that is surrounded by aquariums. Prices here are very, very expensive, and you do have to pay to go into the hotel, but this cost can be redeemed against food and drinks. Worth a look if you have the money!
Madinat Jumeirah
Right next door to the Burj Al Arab, and owned by the same hotel group, the Madinat Jumeirah is a luxury traditional hotel resort, that features two unique hotels, and a traditional Arabian Souk. With Al Qasr offering a relaxed and luxury atmosphere for visitors and guests, the Mina’a Salam offers a more down to earth environment. The Madinat souk is a great mixture of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, so there is really something for everyone.
Jumeirah Beach Hotel
The final part of this prime stretch of beach owned by the Jumeirah Hotel Group, Jumeirah Beach Hotel is the more budget of the three hotels, and is a big draw for tourists to stay at, and also to dine at. The beach club here is excellent, and there are transport services to the other hotels on a regular basis, as well as trips to other top tourist spots in the city.
The Armani Hotel at Burj Dubai
This hotel isn’t open yet, as the Burj Dubai is not finished, but we do expect great things. The hotel will be fully finished by the designer, and will feature a number of luxury suites, not to mention executive apartments for sale, if you have the money. This whole complex is sure to attract tourists, as it will feature an amazing collection of restaurants, and access to the observation tower that offers views over the city.
