The Palm Jebel Ali Overview Update

The main focus in terms of villas on The Palm Jebel Ali has so far been the Waterhomes that will be featured here. Why? Well these homes will be built on stilts out over the water, and will feature brilliant sea views along with there own private boat mooring. However the Palm Jebel Ali also builds on the popularity of the original palm, the Palm Jumeirah, by offering the Garden Homes and Signature Villas that have proved so popular there. And it is the Garden Homes that we will focus on here. All that has been said for the Palm Jumeirah Garden Homes applies here also, but allow me to recap.

As per the Palm Jumeirah, Garden Homes on the Palm Jebel Ali overall probably still offer better value for money that Signature Villas. Sure, they don’t come with their own stretch of private beach like Signature Villas, but other than they offer a similar standard of living. Both enjoy the key feature of large and spacious villas, and both come with private pools and gardens. In regards to styles, Gardens Homes come in many different styles, including Greek, Moroccan, Santa Fe and Arabic. Then on top of this, you then have 5 different types of villas, giving a wide range of different looking villas from which to select your ideal home.

So that’s all that is the same with Jebel Ali and Palm Jumeirah Garden Homes, but what about the differences you can expect from the living Palm Jebel Ali. Well the first is of course the completion dates. Whilst the Palm Jumeirah has already accepted residents, The Palm Jebel Ali is looking at completion closer to 2012. But it's not all bad news, as developer Nakheel has clearly learnt lessons from building its first palm project and this know how should be applied to the building on the Palm Jebel Ali.

The Palm Jebel Ali will also feature more in the way of entertainment facilities. Expect lots more 5 star hotels and resorts here, plus no shortage of shops and retail options from which to pick and even a water theme park. Plenty to keep you occupied should you choose! Buying here clearly is an appealing option for investors looking for freehold property in Dubai.
