A Simple Guide To Buying A Dubai Apartment.

Dubai PropertyWhether it’s a freehold apartment or villa you are after, Dubai has plenty of options from which buyers can select their ideal home or investment property. So if you are looking for a home from which to start a new life, or just want to enjoy the potential investment opportunities of a buy to let property in Dubai, you will be spoilt for choice. However whereas with villas things are slightly more straight forward with regards to options and locations on offer, with apartments things can become a little more confusing given the huge range of freehold real estate on offer. Many buyers who don’t know exactly what they want might feel a touch overwhelmed by it all, after all, very few places around the globe can offer such a diverse selection of apartments all located in the one area. A good property agent such as ourselves will clearly be able to assist, but for the time being allow me to give you a touch more insight on the matter.

Firstly your desired budget will clearly play a huge role in what and where you should be thinking of buying. Apartment prices vary enormously throughout the Emirate, Starting with a studio apartment in somewhere like International City, all the way up to a Penthouse suite in the Burj Dubai!  And closely linked to this is the location that you wish to live. Somewhere like Dubai Sports City features a great living environment, with luxurious apartments and plenty to do, but for some it may be too far from the main city, whereas somewhere like Old Town Dubai or the Greens are much closer to the business and entertainment areas located in the heart of Dubai.

The Greens is ever popular with Dubai residents. Despite being the first freehold apartment development to be built it still remains a modern and attractive place to live, right in the Emirates Living community, in close proximity of Emirates Hills, The Meadows and The Springs. At the Greens prices have now started to reflect its popularity, but it still remains competitive in relation to similar developments. And there is always the Palm Jumeirah's apartment selection to consider. Shoreline and Golden Mile apartments remain hot property despite the delays experienced and the high prices here but they may be priced above many buyers' means.

So if you want a studio, one, two, three or four bedroom apartment, duplex or penthouse, you will find much to your liking here in Dubai whatever your budget.
