Dubailand The Mega Project For Entertainment Theme Park And Property
Not content with being the regional commercial hub in the Middle East, Dubai is now focused on also securing its mantle as the main tourist destination in the area as well. Dubai is already becoming one the must go places for many tourists around the globe, and with all that’s coming up here, this trend among holiday makers looks set only to continue. Dubai with its year round sunshine, beaches, world class hotels and extensive shopping and dinning options has turned into a tourist hot spot almost overnight. So much has been achieved here in so little time; it's almost hard to believe most people had not heard of Dubai 10 years ago. Dubai now attracts people to the Emirate year round. Even in the summer when the temperature soars, there are still shopping festivals held to keep people coming. Dubai is clearly a place that doesn’t let anything hold it back, and it is this line of thought which has been applied to the building of the Mega theme park Dubailand. This is no ordinary sized theme park. How big is it? Well add up all the Walt Disney resorts around the globe, double that, and you will be somewhere in the ball park!
Dubailand will be broken up into a number of different areas and resorts. In total there will be six different 'worlds' here, which again have their own sub projects within. And it is not just the entertainment options and facilities that are of interest in Dubailand. There is a staggering array of freehold commercial and residential property on offer throughout the whole development of which buyers and investors can take advantage of. Starting with the Sports and Outdoor World, which features amongst its many sub projects, Dubai Sports City. With its own 18-hole Ernie Els designed golf course and a Manchester United Soccer Academy to name just a few things, Dubai Sports City also features a wide range of apartment options and the luxurious Victory Heights villas. Residential property options here include buildings like The Cube, Olympia Tower, Eden Gardens and Champions Tower.
And for those looking for a villa with that extra wow factor then Dubailand has numerous options. From the equestrian Al Kaheel resort, with its beautiful villas in a peaceful desert surrounding, to the stately homes of The Plantation, Dubailand has so much going for it. This will be the place to buy for those interested in buy to let property! And those just looking for somewhere to call home will find all they could imagine and more at this destination!
