Dubai Sport City

It's almost a shame that Dubai Sport City is part of the larger Dubailand project, as with all Dubailand has to offer, it makes it very difficult for even the most noteworthy of sub developments to gain their deserved praise! However Dubai Sports City is putting up a good fight, and is certainly attracting its fair share of attention of late. As mentioned, Dubai Sports City is one of the many areas that will combine to form the Mega theme park and tourism destination that will be Dubailand. And not all that surprisingly Sports City is a dedicated development for sports! Whilst rumors of an Olympic bid for 2012 proved untrue, it does go someway to show what a high standard of facilities will be featured at Dubai Sport City.

You could be forgiven for believing that this is a development only for the sports enthusiast. Whilst sports fans will no doubt love to call such a place home, with all that is on offer here, so will those with no interest in sports as well! With residential, commercial and even some retail property here, the development is attracting a wide spectrum of interested buyers and parties from all around the world. Given the quality of other developments at Dubailand, it is some claim to make that Dubai Sports City is one of the projects best assets, but this is certainly starting to look the case!

With some of the biggest names in their respective sports becoming involved with the development, Dubai Sports City has rarely been out the news in the past year. Manchester United, Ernie Els, and Butch Harmon are but a few of the big names to set up their own projects in Sports City, and it will no doubt not be long before many others follow in their footsteps!

With construction here progressing at quite a considerable speed, it won't be that great a timeframe until the development is fully up and running, looking set to become a well recognized brand in the worlds sporting circles. The property here, like the sport facilities is only of the highest standards. So if it’s a villas or an apartment you want, you should be able to find something that meets your requirements. And with such a great setting, with canals, golf course and greenery throughout the project, Dubai Sports City certainly offers more than just being a sport development, and to label it so simply, would to be doing it a disservice!
