Jumeirah Village

The Jumeirah Village development is another extension of the Dubai freehold property movement beyond the middle of the city.  The development is another project by Dubai’s leading developer Nakheel, and it is located close to Jumeirah Islands and Emirates Living Community, other leading freehold developments. 

The development is set for completion towards the end of 2009, and it will provide a large quantity of villas and apartments onto the real estate market, which is currently plagued by heavy delays on other freehold projects.  There are very limited supplies of villas that are complete on the Dubai property market, and Jumeirah Village will add an additional 6000 villas and town homes to demanding property investors.  There will also be a number of apartments available within the community, which is divided into themed sections, with all properties reflecting Arabian and Mediterranean architecture. 

There are seven different themed areas, including Gateway Village, Serenity Village, Waterscape Village, Marina Village, Lake Village, Garden Village and Wadi Village.  Each is designed to reflect the tranquil lifestyle that Jumeirah Village will offer, with all villas set amongst landscaped gardens and waterways.  All the properties offer ample space to suit couples and families, with villas ranging from one to four bedrooms, and apartments ranging from studio to three bedrooms. 
The Jumeirah Village development is based upon creating a self-contained community environment, complete will all the amenities you would expect from a Nakheel project.  There will be excellent leisure facilities, shops, restaurants, cafes and even schooling facilities within the area.  With a convenient location between the Emirates Road and the Sheikh Zayed Road, access to the main city of Dubai is only 20 minutes drive, yet the community offers a perfect environment for property buyers looking to live outside the busy city and property buyers with small children.  Once complete, the project will be a popular new addition to the already booming Dubai property market.
