As the smallest of the seven Emirates that make up the UAE, Ajman could be forgiven for sitting back and watching its neighbors continue to prosper, making using of their greater wealth and resources. However, whilst Ajman might not have the oil of Abu Dhabi or the strong global reputation of Dubai, they clearly don’t mess around here. In fact Ajman was the second Emirate after Dubai to introduce freehold property law! This has almost given them a head start in this regard, and as you can see from the freehold property selection on offer throughout Ajman, they have taken full advantage of it, and now have numerous freehold property developments, both residential and commercial with which to temp buyers with.
With a location between Al Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain, Ajman is based right in the heart of the UAE. With the Emirates road now fully constructed, Road links between Ajman and Dubai are up and running, meaning that commuting to Dubai from Ajman is very much an option for those who work in Dubai but want to take advantage of the life style and freehold property prices on offer in Ajman. After all Ajman offer many of the advantages of Dubai, but without many of the drawbacks.
You get the diverse range of property, year round sunshine and beaches that Dubai offers, but without the high prices, crowding and a much more peaceful environment in general. It's no great shock therefore to see buyers and investors turn their attentions away from Dubai, towards the much better value Amjan property market. The Ajman property market shares a number of similarities with the Dubai property market before it really took off in the crazy property boom that we can now witness throughout Dubai, and it's not a fact lost on investors, who can see the great investment potential with Ajman freehold property.
And with new developments being launched on a frequent basis, Ajman property could give a second chance to those who missed the boat with the Dubai property boom. With the likes of Al Humaid City, which will contain around 69 residential freehold towers, and other large developments such as Emirates City and Al Ameera Village, Ajman property has freehold property to suit a range of buyers.
