Palm Jebel Ali Update

Along with the Palm Jumeirah, the Palm Jebel Ali represents one of the most ambitious and striking developments to be attempted. Both projects are the work of developer Nahkeel, who is also behind The World Dubai, The Dubai Waterfront and Jumeirah Village. The Palm Jebel Ali came about as a result of the enormous popularity and interest generated by the 1^st Palm project, the Palm Jumeirah. Such was the demand for property on the original Palm Island that Nakheel decided upon building the Palm Jebel Ali, which has all the same freehold real estate and more! Whilst the Palm Jumeirah is now completed, Palm Jebel Ali is looking at completion some time in 2012, but this hasn’t stopped the huge demand for freehold property here!

In fact, the Palm Jebel Ali has enough going for it that its popularity could well surpass that of the Palm Jumeirah. The Palm Jebel Ali therefore looks like being a huge success already, despite completion being some way off. With waterparks and a larger number of other entertainment and tourism facilities that the other Palm projects, The Palm Jeble Ali looks set to provide a great place to call home.
