Palm Jumeirah Update

These last 2 years or so have been somewhat of an ongoing soap opera with regards to the construction and completion of the Palm Jumeirah one of Dubai real estate`s most prestigeous projects. The development was rarely out the news, with delays and changes to the original plans adding to the drama of the highly anticipated freehold real estate project. Well fast forward to today, and all is well with the Palm Jumeirah. Completion has seen the development build upon its already strong reputation generated just on the basis of plans, and interest in property here shows no signs of slowing, nor do prices for that matter! The Palm Jumeirah still remains some of the most expensive freehold property in Dubai, something which is also being applied to rental prices on the island.

Whilst therefore not exactly a realistic proposition for those on a tight budget, the Palm Jumeirah does offer some impressive property for those with the money to spend. Villas are of course extremely popular on the Palm as well. From the more affordable Townhomes located at the base of the Palms trunk, to the larger and more expensive Garden Homes and Signature Villas on the Fronds, the Palm has more than enough villas to provide you with the property of your dreams. With a Garden Home you can expect a spacious villa that comes with its own landscaped garden and private pool. Signature villas, whilst being the most expensive properties on the Palm, offer large and luxurious villas which again have their own gardens and pool, but also come with a private strip of beach.

And when you consider the Palm Jumeirah will feature the likes of Trump Tower at its centre, its own marina, a wide range of entertainment and retail options, plus restaurants cafes and nightlife options, you can start to see why the freehold development has attracted such a wide range of interest. Now fully operational, The Palm Jumeriah is quite a sight to behold, and will no doubt remain a symbol of Dubai's new found wealth and fame.
