Buying Dubai Property During The Summer

While the summer is usually the time when the property market slows down, think again this year. With such high levels of demand from the start of autumn when new residents flood into Dubai and current residents come back from their holidays, more and more property buyers are using the summer months to try to find the best deals for freehold property on the market before the prices go up.

If you are looking to buy a property in Dubai, now is the time to take action and choose a property.  The next few months are extremely significant in the Dubai property market, when property turnover lowers and the market cools slightly.  With more and more people realising that the market is going to stay in boom indefinitely, and that arrival of new residents will bring in more demand for both rental and freehold property, this is the best time to buy a property in Dubai if you are a serious buyer.  Property prices are set to rise a massive 10% between now and the start of the busy season, upon which they are expected to increase further.  Don’t waste your time and money by waiting for a property to lower in price, as all signs are point to that scenario not happening.
