Warsan Estate New Emaar Launch

Yet more new additions to the Dubai property market.  It is surprising to see that a large variety of new projects are being launched by Dubai’s biggest developers, as this provides more quality property for all the eager buyers that are keeping the market in boom.  If you think the market is going to slow, think again, as new projects are quickly being rolled onto the market to meet the exceptionally high demands of long-term residents, new residents and overseas buyers.

The latest new property is a villa development by market leaders Emaar.  Emaar has an excellent reputation in the field of villa freehold, thanks to the huge success of the Emirates Living Community, which includes Emirates Hills, The Meadows, The Lakes and The Springs.  This new project is called Warsan Estate, and will venture into a whole new district for Emaar along the Al Awir Road.

Warsan Estate will be a residential community of villas covering an area of 3.4 million square feet.  While most of Emaar’s projects are on a large scale, especially the currently under construction Burj Dubai, the Warsan Estate will feature about 500 family homes once complete.  At present, the final plans for the development are being completed, and the project will soon be available to buyers. 

With such a huge demand for property and Dubai real estate, particularly villas, Warsan is expected to better fill the shortage of family homes on the market.  Located near the Global Village and Emirates Road, Warsan may seem like it is far out for residents, however, it will soon be in the heart of new Dubai with the development of Dubailand taking place.  The Warsan Estate will feature high quality finish, as usual with all Emaar properties, as well as an excellent mix of facilities for residents.
