The old mantra of buying low selling high is usual the way to success when it comes to investing, but how does this apply to Dubai properties at the current time? After all Dubai is a place that has witnessed incredible success in such a short period of time, and has seen things turn for the worse even quicker. The speed of the property downturn this autumn took everyone by surprise, and as a result there is a large amount uncertainly pervading throughout the property market at present. However such things are never that simple and one can expect a number of factors such as oil prices, the stock market and availability of credit to come into play. One thing that few would disagree on though is that Dubai property still has a very bright future, and as a result buying here now could really represent the best time to purchase Dubai apartments and villas. The property prices downturn was surprisingly quick and therefore don’t bet against a price revival coming about just as quickly. For those willing and able to finance a purchase now, the reward could potentially be huge.
