An Interesting Discount Offered By Dubai Property & Real Estate Developers

Those who work in Dubai real estate and anyone looking to try and sell their Dubai real estate at the present time will know that things are not exactly selling quickly at the moment. Even with the large price drops that have been seen throughout residential property, resulting in some impressive bargains, can not always be capitalized on due to the current difficulties in obtaining credit. And those developers trying to sell off plan freehold Dubai property are having an even tougher time of temping buyers to invest in Dubai properties; such is the current global financial climate. With a number of developers also failing to deliver projects, either forced to postpone or cancel building despite having already taken payments, investor confidence in Dubai’s developers is pretty low. All of which makes a developers life hard at the moment! So developers, who have in the past not really had to do much to sell Dubai property such has been the demand, are now having to look at new ways to temp buyers to take the plunge and invest in Dubai freehold property.

Well Tiger properties think they have come up with a solution to the problem, by offering one off exclusive discounts during a property exhibition. The company says that it is offering clients the opportunity to purchases any of its UAE properties during the Dubai International property show at large discounts. The Dubai International Property Show is the first property exhibition to work with the Dubai Real Estate and Regulatory Agency (RERA), and Tiger Properties has taken advantage of the opportunities this presents by offering buyers 33% of their freehold property developments, exclusively for the duration of the property exhibition. Tiger properties have a number of projects that it has already completed or that are still underway, including towers at Dubai Waterfront, Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lakes as well as property in other Emirates, so this exclusive deal coves a good deal of real estate.

A 33% discount is not to be sniffed at, but it will be interesting if using this format will be enough to tempt buyers in what are not easy times.
